At Oclean Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, sellable condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
